Our illustrations are printed on gloss photo paper/cardstock and is package carefully so that it arrives to you safely.

Turnaround - We understand the excitement of receiving your unique illustration. Orders can take up to two weeks depending on current orders. However, we try our best to make this with an efficient process to ensure a swift turnaround without compromising on quality.

**How to order:**

1. **Order Placement: ** Select your preferred style and provide details through our user-friendly dropdown boxes. Please note on selecting options; no background means there will be a plain white background against your chosen image. You can request by message if you would like a specific plain coloured background. The ‘with background’ option means that we will illustrate the background on the photo you have selected with minimal detail so that your illustration stands out.
2. **Consultation:** Once the order is placed, please email or message your chosen photo across to us. You may reach out via Etsy messaging or email barakahbundlebox@gmail.com for additional details to ensure the illustration aligns perfectly with your vision.
3. **Sample:** You'll receive an Sample for your review and feedback regarding any changes you would like before printing. We welcome any adjustments to ensure complete satisfaction. Please ensure all changes are sent through via one message. Please note to keep an eye on your Etsy messaging as we will message you with a digital sample to approve. If there is no reply within three days of us sending the sample to approve, then we will assume that there are no further changes required and your order will be processed for printing and posting.
4. **Approval:** Once you approve the sample for printing, no further changes can be made at this stage. We will proceed to print and package the illustration to post this out to your chosen address. Further charges may apply if changes are requested after the sample is approved by you.
5. **Delivery:** Your custom portrait is carefully packaged and promptly delivered. No returns/exchanges are available for this product. (Your completed illustrations are only stored on my devices for one year. They are deleted from my systems after then due to my storage allocations.)
