4. International Shipping
If available, delivery times vary by country. Customs and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address is accurate.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed, we follow the courier’s investigation and timeframes before replacing or refunding.
7. Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue.
