Returns & Exchanges Policy for Barakah Bundle Box

We hope you love your purchase, but if there is an issue, please read our policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under these conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either refund you or send a replacement.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by offering a refund or sending the correct items.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable, no exchanges and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Photos may be asked for of damaged/defective items.
Refund Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a refund of damaged/defective items, email barakahbundlebox@gmail.com with your order number and issue details. We may request photos of damaged or defective items.
- Refund Approval: Once we receive photos and inspect the item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Custom Orders
- Payment at Time of Order: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Estimated Dispatch Dates: Custom items will have estimated shipping dates listed on the product page. These dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays. If your chosen images are not sent to us straight away, then this will also delay your custom order.
- Combined Orders: If you order both Custom and in-stock/non custom items together, your order will be shipped once all items are available/complete. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Custom orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated. After this window, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Personalisation/Chosen Images: Once your custom order is placed and your chosen images/personalisation options have not been emailed to us within 24-48 hours then your order will automatically be cancelled.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations if:
- The order hasn’t been started or processed.
- The request is made within 6 hours for Custom orders and two hours for non-custom items.
Once an order is in production or shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
If you have not contacted us via email with your chosen images and personalisation requests for your order within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, then your order will be automatically cancelled.
International Orders & Duties
- Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applicable in their country. For USA customers, duties and handling fees will now be collected at checkout to avoid surprise charges upon delivery.
- Delays in Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
Custom Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be offered in these cases:
- Change of mind on custom orders once production has started.
- Custom order cancellations made after the 6-hour window.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded once the customer has approved the digital samples sent to them, ready for printing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
- If the refund still hasn’t appeared, contact us at barakahbundlebox@gmail.com for further assistance.
